88-89 is interchangeable. 90-91 are not identical, but not far off.

well ive seen a jdm sir hatch front bumper on a u.s 4door ef so im sure it can go the other way as well just google "gmans ef"

be careful, 88-89 its not the same 90-91...i think that bumper will work...
