Default What are these two plugs?

What are these two plugs in the fuse box.(Not the wires plugged in but the thing that there plugged into). the guy before man installed a new radio wire and plugged the power wire into this spot. Thanks

Those come factory so you can hook up a buzzer like in the pic and it will power when lights are left on and car is off.
Its like a warning to tell you your lights are on.

haha, no thats where the factory fogs plug in. it is a switched 12v source. it isn't fused though, and i hope he put an inline fuse on the radio.

sorry but thats not where factory fogs plug in. factory fogs plug into the headlight switch located on the steering column.

hmm thats wierd, those are are hot only where the headlights are on. and they are listed as option??
