Default valve ticking or lifter noise?

I really tried the search button but had zero results.

I have a '88 Civic 1.5 with lifter noise. Are these lifters repairable? Can I just remove them and bench bleed them? Or will I need to replace? Thanks for your help.

Your car doesn't have lifters, it has rocker arms. Your probably need a valve adjustment.

Are you sure it's not just noisy *** injectors?

Yeah, the honda injectors can be the loud ticking you are hearing. Try to use a mechanics stethescope to find the location the noise is oming from.
