Re: Upholstery/ Seat repair
Let's try this again. http://www.crxcommunity.com/viewtopi...=37219#p407057
"ebay seat covers" is the topic line.
Ok, I can't post the picture, but hopefully this will link you to the VERY COOL picture of a sweet CRX seat cover. Yes, it is on the CRXcommunity.
TJChad, if you can produce ones link this I am sure the orders will start stacking up.

Re: Upholstery/ Seat repair
Hey guys, well just to show alot of you that i'm not just "blowing smoke" and to let you see that I actually do make serious and quality work I just wanted to throw up a couple of pictures. These are just a couple of progess pictures for a full interior i'm doing for a Chevy Avalanche. Obviously it's not a CRX seat but you will see that I actual do professional and quality work.......

Might be the camera angle because that insert is actually right on. I'm working on the back half of the rear seat. I'll post pics when I get that assembled and the picture in good light.

Re: Upholstery/ Seat repair
Hey guys, actually hadn't jumped onto this tread for awhile. I have ALOT more free time now since it's summer. Once I tried to get a hold of some actual seats I couldnt find any locally or come to a full agreement with someone. If someone is willing to work out a deal with some seats I can still try to make this happen. I just didnt get the support to make it happen when push came to shove.

Re: Upholstery/ Seat repair
would it help if I undid the fabric and sent it to you? fit might be off but it would give you some idea for placement and quantity? IDK

Re: Upholstery/ Seat repair
Get OCDank to do it (search this forum). This thread hasn't had an update in 8 months. I wonder if it is still happening. From what I understand, OCDank is still doing them locally.

Re: Upholstery/ Seat repair
Out of the 2 CRX Si, and 4 or so 90/91 Civic Si, none but one had any wear on the driver side bolster. On the one that did have a little wear, i pulled the door panel matching fabric off a junkyard car (door fabric is almost always like new on junkyard cars) and then cut it to shape of a patch for the side bolster. Then hot glue, or super glue it on. At least it is FACTORY fabric. Another option is to find a Si hatch backseat since the backseat is almost always like new in a junkyard, and cut out the fabric and then use it as a patch.
In general I am always willing to pay 500 more on a Si with good seats, cause then I don't have to look at the rips, or buy $$$seats elsewhere.
Trying to find the one i patched with door panel fabric.
