I have a 90 crx hf with a 89 integra d16 doch zc .its been running crazy. so far i have replaced the dizzy,new plugs and wires new tps set too .5 closed throttle and 4.5 wot. It has a pr4 ecu nut ive also gor a pm6 ecu as well runs the same with both ! The problem im having is low rpm sputtering and jerking in all gears . tps is set timing is set bit runs like crap very sluggish and the buck8ng and jerking in low rpms is driving me crazy ! Anyone have any thoughts on the matter!! map sensor is working fine iacv is fine new tps new dizzy new plugs and wires tim8ng set and not throwing any codes

89 Integra motor is not a DOHC ZC. It's a D16a1 and will not bolt into a 90 CRX. Check the stamp on the block to see what motor it is. The plug wiring for the distributor needs to be changed in any case, are you sure its correct?

The block is stamped zc and it has the external camshaft positioning sensor. With dohc

so you have two ecus that are wrong...though the pm6 is the better of the two. when you say timing is set what exactly do you mean?

I reset the timing too factory specs crank tdc pm7 cams lined up with the top of the head done with the valve cover off too be sure of aliginment ! New dizzy , new plugs and wires, new tps .cleaned the iac new timing belt new injectors and fuel filter she runs perfect accept from 1700 too 2300 rpms in that rpm range she sputters and jerks in all gears but only between those rpms

I was told too check the egr ports the problem with that is it is the japan zc and they do not come with egrs from there factory because they dont have emissions over there

Check the firing order on the distributor cap. Make sure they are in the correct order.

I have checked the firing order the car run absolutely. Wonderful. Accept between 1700 and 2300 rpms she breaks up in that range only
