Default this is a tricky one!!!

i replaced my alternator yesterday and i was driving it and every time i would rev up to 3000 rpm the battery light would come on and all the lights would get brighter. the alternator was hot to the touch. well while i was driving it sparks shot out of my clock and the car died and blew 5 fuzes, the battery fuze ( note: the battery fuze had already blown once before and i put a piece of foil in the fuze so it would work to get me to the auto parts store). the alternator/solenoid valve fuze, the clock/interior light/cig lighter fuze, the tail lights/license lights/instrument lights, and the ecu. also my headlights dont work but the high beams do. when i replaced all the blown fuzes and tried to start the car it blew the ecu fuze again. no i think there is a short in a wire some where. or my ecu might be shorted. but i wanna know is if there could be something more to it? would the alternator i had just put it be the issue on why it blew? anything will help me get ideas cause as of right now im kinda stumped!!!

Check your wiring on the alternator. the power might have grounded itself causing those fuses to blow.
Also by you adding that foil trick it did not help at all. you shorted the cars wiring because of that. fuses are made to blow. you should have figured out why your battery fuse was blowing before you attempted to fix something else or atleast replace if with another fuse (anything that fits that has same amperage or less)
I guess you learn by your mistakes. good luck.

the reason the battery fuze blew the first time was cause i popped it taking the alternator off and the negative battery cable slide over and touched the terminal and i didnt know it did cause it was dark.
