Default considering buying a crx, need insight

hello, i have been looking for a pretty good crx to buy for a while and i think i might have found one. i have yet to meet the person and am apprehensive about buying as i do not know that much to know about car buying. was wondering if i could get some help as to what questions i should ask and if his asking price is a too steep or a steal and why am i wasting my time. thank you for any help possible.

the descritption is:

I got an 89 crx for sale here are a list of mods

96 b18b1 motor
95 ys1 tranny
b18 remapped & chipped ecu
hasport motormounts
civic r1 racing crank pulley (brand new)

double core radiator (brand new, not installed)
aci culture fuel rail (brand new, not installed)
msd ignition & coil
msd spark plug wires (brand new)
b&m short shifter
exedy clutch (brand new)
tenzo r coilovers (brand new)

red carpeting (semi new)
grant corsa collection 'style' steering wheel (brand new)
full rative exhaust (almost brand new)
chrome racing pedals (don't remember brand also brand new)
jdm front fenders w/ sidemarkers
altezza style tail lights

the car is completely rust free with a clean Lousiana title. The interior is about 95-99% complete. The engine starts and runs excellent. I also just purchased a brand new mugen bodykit for it last week (still has the part# stickers on it) now for the not so glamorous stuff...

the car was undergoing minor body work (shaved door trimmings, roof trim, etc.) and is left unfinished, i would say its about 90% complete. it could definately be finished in a weekend. it's currently a multi colored primered color as of right now. i also had the windshield replaced about 3 months ago.
i've had this car for 1 1/2 years now and probably only driven it about 4 times since i installed the motor. since then, i've bought a few other project cars, and bikes, thus totally neglecting the rex. although the car is so close to becoming a sexy beast, i want it out of my driveway so i don't have to park my daily driver on the street anymore!

although the car starts right up and drives fine, it will have to be towed due to no registration and the exhaust is not completely installed. i can deliver it within a 200 mile range if needed, as long as buyer pays for dolly & gas.

asking price is $2900 or any cool trades. if its not sold within the next couple of weeks, i'm just gonna part it out. i also just ordered a lambo door kit. paid $850 + tax and shipping for it, will include it with the car for $500 extra.

thanks again
sean

Dude, if you want a crx, buy a crx. If you need an insight, get an insight... There are obvious differences.
