crookson speed

i installed a rywire harness and tucked my headlight harness recently and long story short it has a no crank and code 20 which is eld. i continuity tested the wire and i know its soldered to the right wire coming off the chassis converter on the rywire harness. is my fuse box fried because i noticed the eld is in the starter circut so a break would cause a no start? or could it be the starter i bench tested it and it spins but in the car nothing. i added a tranny ground i got the solinoied to click but there is no power to turn the motor. i tried two diffrent batteries still nothing. did i miss a ground, what is the realy on the passenger side for headlights im guessing? also i checked my fusses they are all good. i get the relay clicks im suppose too when i start it on the interior. please help im trying to drive this peice
