Here's the AWD turbo B18 CRX. Shows what kind of work needs to be done. I'm sure there's more examples of crazy projects like this in the Hybrid forum. The s2000 Datsun 510 comes to mind...

why do you say waste the time and money to make a crx rear wheel drive because my friend u can't drift a front wheel drive crx thats right, oh u can pull the e-brake in a front wheel drive but that is were the fun ends. and do you know how meny people want one.

I forgot who had it, but i remember seeing in cardomain a red 89 crx dragster with a the NSX engine dropped in the CRX's ***, this thing had huge slicks on the backs
