quick question about ecu's
I have a crx with a jdm d15b it was running fine with the obd0 crx si dizzy, but i changed it out to an obd1 dizzy and i repinned it for obd0 i am getting spark and fuel but the car is not starting up. I was wondering if i have to use a jumper harness with an obd1 ecu or do i keep the ecu obd0

your joking, right?
you CANNOT run an obd1 distributor on an obd0 system. get the jumper, the ecu and the 4-wire o2 so you can get your car running.

The reluctor rings are different in OBD-0 and OBD-1 distributors. To run OBD-1 ECU you need an OBD-1 distributor as well as the extras that OBD-1 needs for sensors. Your vehicle will run with out some of the extras but it will run in limp mode.
To run a OBD-0 ECU you will need at OBD-0 distributor... you can't mix and match with OBD-0... but OBD-1 and OBD-2 are a little more lenient.
