The short answer is yes, it will fit. Also note that this information is pretty easy to scare up, do yourself a favor and search.
More important though is that you may want to rethink using that intake. Your D15B2 is not like the D16Y8 that intake comes from; you may gain some top end power but will not do the low end any favors with that chamber and runners. I would strongly suggest the manifold off a D15B7 or D16Z6 unless you're planning major upgrades that will probably blow up that poor little D15 anyway.

Have the machine shop check for flatness and remove only enough required to get it back to flat. There are indicators cast into the head that tell the shop how deep they can cut.
Here is an Accord head I just had done....not a Civic head, but you get the idea. The indicators are circled red. If the 'dot' in the center gets cut while machining, the head is at the end of its life.

I recently bought a head. I thought that I was getting an a6. I checked the casting code and it is a zc head. I was wondering what gaskets and intake to use with it?
