obd-0 color help
i have two wires that have been pulled off my ecu and do not know where they go, this somehow happened while a freind of mine was installing the s-afc. the wire colors are.....Red with blue(maybe black) dots, and the other one is yellow with red dots. there is a couple of those same colors coming out of the ecu pinouts, but i have no idea where these go... PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!, my car runs right now, but it is backfiring like crazy and if i let off the gas all the way my car idles at only 200 rpm... NOT GOOD.

well that what i have find out,
yel/red=Map power=c15
Red/Blue= TPS signal = C7
i think they both are used while installing a Vafc,
they are Essential for Honda, INSHAHALLAH this will help you and FIx your car,
Good Luck,

JUst checked, why dont u check it,
the other method is hit and try,
disconnect the TPS, then check continuty at all three wires on the ecu side of the connector, then if there is contunety check MAP,

yes, it does sound like the wires you have are the ones from A3 and A7 - on the original DX harness A3 and A1 (yellow wires) were connected together inside the harness and ran to the auxiliary injector - likewise, the red wires at A5 and A7 were connected together inside the harness and ran to the main injector - when converting to MPFI, you cut A3 and A7 in order to use those pins for the other 2 injectors - the cut wires on the harness side are just left not connected - the need to be taped up as they are still connected inside the harness to the wires that run to the #1 and #3 injectors
the little black dots on the red wires are there to distinguish them from other red wires in the harness, which will have a different number of black (in this case) dots or slashes - wiring diagrams will give a color and then a number in parentheses - WHITE (2) - the number will match the dots or slashes that are spaced out along the wire - wire color without number will not have the dots
