I did all the work, did the swap shitty the first time and tried to run it on OBD 0. Never ran right so I finally converted it about 5 months ago. Ran fine I suppose(will explain more later) until recently.

I had stock exhaust on my car till this past 2 or 3 weeks. And its possible I never noticed that the car jerked on decel every now and then. But recently when I put exhaust on I can how hear the rapid pops and jerks on decel. I dont know if I ever noticed it before since now I hear loud pops.

Back fire you usually cant feel, but this you can DEFFANITLY feel and hear.

New plugs and wires havent checked the cap or rotor yet. Still need to solder the 2 white wires on the dist because they are just capped right now, but the rest are soldered and heat shrinked. Ignition timing is dead on cam timing is dead on also.

Idles fine and pulls smooth not rough at all, only does this on decel. It isnt running rich but it is possible it could be running lean, because its a chipped P28 with just a bit of fuel I took out with Crome because it was running just a bit rich, but its no more than 2% that I took out and pulls smooth no rough spots or anything.

mine does this when its hot out. next time on decel put your foot under the gas pedal and lightly pull up, see if it stops.
