JUN CRX, custom intake!
Hey guys check out juns crx, man this thing is sweet!!!!!!! Check out their custom made ram air intake. Im gonna try to do this with my old broken headlight. Do you guys think this setup is fine to run like that or do you all think theres another filter in the intake? Can you guys give me an idea as far as using this setup at night, i was thinking about just wiring up a city light or even a headlamp bulb or smaller stronger type of bulb in there so i can go to the street drags. But would a bulb interfere with the ram air?

I am suprised that the battery is still in the front. Do you know what ground effects kit that is, just curious? And I think you should put some kinda filter in the intake track. Here in Florida is love bug season. I don't think that my B16 will be very happy on a lovebug diet.

well...first of all, ICEMAN makes/made something just like that years ago. and the body kit looks like a JDM version of the WINGS WEST racing series bumper. I jus put one on my civic....only difference is the bumper lights and how they wrap around the sides a bit...just like the SiR in Japan. definetly a WW kit.

I definitely would not run any intake without some kind of filter.
The kit is probably a Mugen kit. Looks almost just like the WW kit since the WW is a copy of it. I would love to get the Mugen kit, but prices are too crazy since they are out of production. So I will just have to go with the WW. Maybe just put some SiR bumper lights on it.

here is a better pic of the front end of the kit
i know for a fact that you can get the WW body kit and then take it to a body shop and have them mold the lights from the bumper of a teg in there and it looks just like it.

That ram air is DOPE!!! Definately race use only, but it looks much nicer than the iceman way back when. Plus the reflective outside will help keep the heat out. Also iceman did not have the kit for the 88-91 bodystyle. Only the new ones. If i had an old school CRX like that i'd definately run that at the track.
