Car looks very clean! I haven't read/seen this thread today but I've got a question about something you said earlier on in the thread.
How were you able to remove the wrinkle from the dash with a heat gun? I've got a couple wrinkles in mine on the passenger side upper curved section but it didn't even dawn on me that it might be potentially fixable?

Wow! I'll have to try that. Not to threadjack, but here's the only pic of my dash I could find (hijacked from my gassavers.org account). You can't quite see the wrinkles on my dash in this pic but I did circle the area. I have two small horizontal wrinkles there on the light gray area with the red circle.
Sounds like the exact same thing that you were able to repair with the heat gun? I've gotta try this out! My dash is mint except for those two wrinkles. Thanks for the idea/tips Subscribed!

Lookin good man! Im doing the same thing to a 90si that I recently bought. Just replaced the caliper/rotor/pads all the way around, brand new oem si exhaust and tie rods. I am working on having everyting suspension replaced soon with all new bushings and I even got a new steering rack.
Where did you buy your moog parts from? Also where did you get your oem bumper cover from?
Glad to see people bringing these back to life!

Love the LED gauge cluster lights, where did you get them and how much did they cost?
Also, how many did you need?
Thanks.

Re: JLK16188's CRX Restoration and Build Thread
just a quick update...
-Bought a new, mint glove box and a new OEM shift boot
-Bought new OEM front and rear bumper covers
-Bought what I thought was a mint dash to replace mine that had a small wrinkle in it...turned out that the new dash had been trimmed to fit into a car other than a crx and no longer fit into my car so i pulled out the heat gun and fixed the wrinkle in my current dash and salvaged some side vents that i was missing from the new dash
-Had some floor mats custom made thanks to another member on here, sorry i stole your idea but they are really nice
-bought some leds for my gauge cluster
-Bought a neuspeed front strut tower brace for $35
-decided not to try to paint the car myself since i have never played with body work before, and hired a professional to paint it in april.
Future plans are to complete restoring the rear cargo divider and shelf and then the car should be complete

lol no cheap parts here. I just bought some BNIB oem honda ones for a 92-95 but I would rather find some original ef looking ones.

Car is looking good.
Thanks for the props and glad you are happy with your parts.
I have sold the VTi clusters but I still have a 88-89 ZC cluster for sale.
