If Google couldn't answer your questions then I doubt anyone can... It really does help to search... All the information you need is here...

Re: Doing A Swap?
Convert to 5spd. Get a cable tranny it will make the swap easier. Reuse your mounts. Get manual tranny mounts. Manual flywheel is needed for 5 spd swap. Motor bolts right up to d series tranny. You will need shift linkage for manual swap also you will need axles. Get a manual p28 and conversion harness obd0 to obd1. You will need obd1 distributor and jumper harnesses for dizzy, 4 wire o2 sensor. Google ef auto to manual swap, tons of info will pop up. You got to read and search.

Re: Doing A Swap?
I gotta a d15b2 (with dual point fuel injection) in my 90 ef sedan. I was thinking about putting a d16y8 head and intake manifolf on my d15 bottom end. Can any of you tell me what all I need besides the head itself and the intake??? and can anyone tell me the hp, comp, if any ill get from doing so? oh and i think i allready have the fuel rail and injectors. And im pretty sure im gunna have to do some wireing from dpfi to mpfi?? Any thoughts from you guys would be very helpful.
Thanks,
