Default Intermittent Stutter

Hello, I own a '89 Hatch with a DOHC ZC. in the past week my car has developed a stutter that comes and goes at random and I haven't been able to trigger the symptoms. I have gone through the ignition system and replaced my cap and rotor, spark plugs, and plug wires.
All connections are tight and the timing is set dead on and I have no CEL. I am at a loss. Any suggestions on where to look next are greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

My guess is you have a sensor starting to show it's age.
Last time you changed the O2 sensor?
Possible build up in the TPS.
Crank Angle sensor getting old?
