car starts rough with PM7

Guys I just put a PM7 in my dohc zc and when I first go to start it it runs real rough but clears up after a few seconds. I had a pm6 in it and it started fine. . Any ideas what could be wrong? I am not getting any codes on the zc ecu.

no I did not. I was thinking maybe I should reset the ecu.
