I need help this doing this swap. I already have the manifold and wiring harnesses. all i need is the ECU and distributor right? I am looking for someone to help me step by step or if someone has a site I can go to, to do this?

you have a dx i take it or std and you have si manifold and wiring?
just the engine harness or underdash too?
i have allways just lay down a complete harness from a si makes it easy and that way you dont have to cut soder and **** like that
if not check out rywire he makes jumpers for every connector possible almost lol

and ya wiring manifold tb ecu but im pretty sure your dizzy will work you might one of the boxs from an si for the injectors too

depends on who you know........I got complete y8top end for 30.00 obdoinjectors=40, distrib b16obdo=free, n hoses n wires plugs from junk yrd for 3.00......the only rl cost ws hd gsket n bolts...n i cut piping to mke intke......cme out perfect.n chp...

Yeah i got all my stuff for free from my uncles shop. all i need to buy is dizzy and ecu and some little things.
