i don't have money for another swap. i was wondering is any of the b series vtech heads would work maybe? i dunno much about my zc its nice to have cuz everyone have the b series and i don't care if mines not fast as hell, at least it sticks out.

no a b series will not bolt up...unless you have a SOHC ZC you are out of luck...just swap it if vtec is so important to you...VTEc is highly over-rated...boost FTW

Wow, the quality of this forum keeps increasing .
I agree with 89efDUSTY in that if you're planning to auto-x you should worry about suspension first. Then, depending on your class, you may be able to add a small turbo to the motor, it can handle low boost applications (I've even heard of up to 10 psi) on stock internals with a good tune.

Re: how can i vtech my zc dohc??? (91hatchzc)
if you are planning to autox (scca) i'd put the stock engine back in. hopefully you have an SI, and run STS
if you can't afford to swap to a better engine, they you aren't going to like what class you'll be in with that dohc ZC (Street Modified)
to be competitive in any way in that class you need R comp tires (about $140 each) very well setup suspension, and a tiny bit of power.
your best bet is Stock engine, suspension, and run in STS class. though that is a super tough class too!
