Not at all. The Insight is a CRX HF with a different name.

I actually saw an insight on 17" or 18" wheels while in Miami. It actually looked pretty good for what it is, even with the rear well covers.

yeah, so i just realized, any hope for a true (or at least welcomed) CRX return wont happen as long as the current model insight is around. damn that insight!

i think we should take it upon outselves to buy an Insight. Ideally with rear damage (insurance write off) and build the new crx. I dont think the insight would need too much. Like you guys mentioned, a redesigned rear end, lose the rear fenders, and put an engine of choice in.

redesigning the rear end would not be easy. nor would changing the rear suspension. dropping a new engine in, well, anythings possible...

hasport bought a whole insight with flood damage. i dont remember what they paid for it, but i remember being totally shocked...
