Default Anyone running an Aeromotive fuel pump - Turbo?!

Hey guys,

I know that everyone says the Aeromotive is the way to go for in-tank applications. I am trying to find some folks that have actually installed on their own cars and with a similar setup as mine. I searched and searched and couldnt find anyone with an actual log build of them using the pump for daily use. Ill be daily drivig this car still and would like to just replace the current pump with a newer, more reliable pump. I have a Walbro right now but it seems to be dying and I would like to replace with the best possible for in-tank applications. See the build below. It's the gold RT4wd with the d16z6/gt3076r

So, has anyone any experience with the Aeromotive kits in d16z6 turbo'd EF's?!

Thanks!

From another thread regarding fuel pumps.

Which kit or is their a kit for an Aeromotive pump in the EF chassis? If you locate one let me know, I'll be interested for my build.

I thought it was ill advised to run an oe fuel pump with turbo? If the OP experiences fuel cut for even a moment under boost he can say bye bye to that engine.

Really? Where did you source that info, id like to see it so I can be sure to not mis inform people on bad product. I've never heard of there being a longevity problem with Walbro pumps.

I've rea a couple posts before that they dont last as long.
Of course, the oe last 20+ years so "long" can be all in perspective.
Other users should chime in soon.
