Im going to remove all the door mounted seat belt stuff. i need to do more research about fitment. but i heard the door panel and everything will mount up to the 90 91 style

Yes 88 doors panels will fit on 89-91 with modification. Make sure to get the door stiles also, as you want to remove the bottom mount. I did it in my build, check it out in my thread.
