well from my experience they don't hold up i change my motor to a zc with rail injectors and fpr with other mods to support and my pump failed out after 25 miles get a walbro 255 should hold up pretty well
now going lsvtec turbo with 1000cc sat injectors will need different again

Re: (K20EF8)
yeah stock fuel pump is plenty..if you want to do an upgrade dont get that walbro junk (no offense)..get a dohc vtec pump from a gsr or type-r,99-00 si,etc..they flow almost twice then the others do ...134lph vs. 79 lph
note- it has to be rigged to fit into our tanks ...but maybe the 92-93 gsr fits perfect,,not really sure

what fuel pump do you have in mind? Some need adjustable fuel pressure regulators to get it back to stock fuel pressure

Stock pumps are fine untill you get over 300hp. I thought I was having problems with my pump on my K20, but it turned out it was my filter clogging. Car sat for 3 years so I'm sure there was a little bit of crap in there. Cleaned out the element and flows great now. I did allready replace the pump with a walbro 255 hp, so now I'm good for cams, bigger injectors, and a full on IPS setup. Check your filter. If you do need a pump you can buy walbro 255's all day long on ebay for $99 shipped.

what do you mean theres no codes? you mean the check engine light isnt on or the bulb on the ecu isnt blinking...Cause my check engine light bulb was missing when i 1st bought the car and it had me stumped...Having no o2 sensors connected will definenatly make the car run like **** and pig rich...

Check engine light works, because my distributer recently gave out and it was throwing a code for that, i tried other stock unchipped ecu's and stil no check engine light or cel codes from the ecu.
