Default Fuel flooded #3 Cylinder

Car is a 91 CRX Si with a B-series. I hooked everything up, fluids, ect. I go to start the car and it wouldnt start up. Wanted to at times but not enough. Then all of a sudden it jerked and wouldnt turn. But i was able to turn it over with the crank bolt. So i go and check the FPR and it wasnt holding pressure. So i check the spark plugs and as i get to #3 it was flooded with fuel. Now, i had to replace the injector plug for #3, but it is from a 91 DX Civic. Could this be the problem for to much fuel? I have searched and got nothin. Help is appriciated. Thanks
