Electrical problem, please help

Electrical problem, please help
My tail lights stay on for some reason, even when i pull the fuse for the tail lights. I dont know what to look for now. if there was a short or something the fuse would have burned out. and yes my headlight switch is off

Look your brake pedal arm , you'll see a small push switch there and it contacts a small rubber gromet popped into the pedal arm , this gromet gets old and cracks .
Mine did the same thing , I went up to Honda and bought 2 of them. Tossed the other in the glovebox as a back up one day.
