EF Single Cam jittering, HELP !

So when I turn on my car, it jitters. The RPMs are at 1000 and then go below 1000 and almost shuts off. I accelerate it and then it starts to jitter right after again. I posted a video, it's kind of dark, sorry. But can anyone help and let me know what it can be ?

Open your distributor. Check the rotor. Make sure the screw is in there. Unscrew it an retighten it to be sure. Then check timing.

check ur spark, should be a purplish blue if its a whitish replace ignition coil in dizzy
