Is an ecu for an automatic car different from a standard one? Swapping 90 integra engine into crx, its automatic car, wondering if I can use that ecu.

i believe you can use an auto ecu in a manual but not a manual in an auto car...

i could be wrong though im not sure

Do not use the CRX ecu. NO!

Just get a manual ecu for the engine you are swapping in.

I didn't wanna hear that 8/// currently I have an auto ecu, ill try to find a manual one,
What do I have to change if I wanna switch to p28 and convert to obd-1? im planning on going b16 and then after that b20/vtec so im gonna need it anyways. Is it just the dizzy I switch out? then do the wiring. Or can I somehow use the same obd-0 dizzy off the ls engine I have.

I hope you chip the p28 because with stock fuel maps, it wont work. To convert to obd-1, you will need a obd-1 distributor, obd0-obd1 conversion harness (www.rywire.com), 4 wire 02 sensor, and obviously an obd-1 ecu.
