dohc on crx???
could someone out there tell me of i can put a 90-93 integ dohc on my crx si? what else would i need to do? plaese lemme know!!! what i mean is just the head and cams, nothing else

No dude he means something similar to a mini-me set up using the head off of the Integra d-series engine.
I don't know if that can be done though. You could probably get teh head gasket for each car and compare them, that would give you some clue.

b-series and d-series DOHC heads are not interchangble or bolt on to any d-series SOHC blocks...its almost impossible....unless you got $$$$$$ then its okay.....
just get a ZC they are dirt cheap and enjoy a factory DOHC, with same HPs and little less torque but whole alot of reliabilty....

No you CANT. The B18a engine has a different bore, and is much wider than your si engine. No B-series (most integra) engine components are compatible with D-series (most civic)

Actually it CAN be done. My brothers Sohc block got a Doch swap on to it..I'm not sure what modification had to be done to the block, but its simular to the ZC. I know it was alot work and he wouldnt have done it if it wer under normal circumstances. But he does alot of swaps and people just tend to give away their old engines afterwards and he just took all those mix and match of blocks and heads and made a running motor with it.
