when i swap the d16z6 into my 90 dx, do i only use the old driver's side engine mount, or do i use the old driver's side engine mount and mount bracket?

You need to use the mount bracket htat attaches to the block, and you have to use it off a dx or si or hf. not zc or z6

ok, so, since the mounting mount for the bracket is hidden underneath the lower timing belt cover, you need to have the crank pulley off to do it, right?

I cut my timing belt cover to get to it, but you just remove the timing cover and your their also. Just take a look at it and it will make sense.
