here's a pic of the front wheel, notice how far back it is. Also, when i started it today, it runs fine, and feels like it goes into gear fine, but the wheels dont spin. maybe the axle poped outta the tranny when it hit? http://images.cardomain.com/member_i...04_13_full.jpg
paint owns j00 https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...s/emsmilep.gif

edit: the front cv boot is ripped if that means anything...

well, first check all of the front/rear suspension parts. such as lower control arms, upper control arms, steering rack, brakes, hub, and spindle. if any are bent, replace them.

might as well get new axles from autozone or advance auto parts cuz they have lifetime warranties on them so you can change those as often as you want.

just curious as to how much you paid for the car?cuz by the time you get everything straight and figure out what is bent or out of alignment it might cost more thatn you bargained for.i would start by trying to see if the frame is bent.just my 2 cents https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...es/emsmile.gif

I would rather buy a car hit it the front and fix it, cause curbed cars are hard to get to drive straight again. That is risky business that car. Good luck though.

if i'm not mistaken that lower control arm on the left rear isn't supposed to be crooked...

Re: curbed, bent, and need help (xcathodex)

nah the lower con arm has a bend in it see
http://www.casamarcelo.net/crx/SPOON6.jpg

For the rear wheel I say you need a whole trailing arm since you have huge toe out and neg camber.

For the front I think you have a bent crossmember + probaly the radius rod is snapped of fubared. Change the whole steering knucke, rad rod and control arm see what changes then go for the cross member or have it pulled.

hey it looks like my car when it got hit
I had to change my trailing arm. hard to find one for an si in a junk yard so I had to buy it new from Honda. like 350 I think. You should have an easier time with yours.

yeah, i'm doing a b18a swap, and getting a donor integra, so i'm going to do the rear disk brake conversion off of that, so i'll change out the trailing arms, but any ideas on the front?
thanks

Re: curbed, bent, and need help (civicmark)

just use the entire suspension from the donor teg. its basically the same, the teg should have sway bars too. so its actually a suspension upgrade, https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...s/emsmilep.gif

Re: curbed, bent, and need help

THE REAR LCAS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE BENT/CURVED!

I thought mine were bent also, turns out they are like that from the factory. If you take a ruler you will see all those holes line up straight even if the bar is curved.

If the front wheels are pushed back could be broken radius rods.

as the pictures above show.
as for the broken rad rod, what is a radius rod? sorry for the noob question, but what should i look for to be bent and where should i look?

Re: curbed, bent, and need help (civicmark)

You should really grab a helms manual, $50 gives you exploded diagrams of pretty much everything.
