Icon4 CRX Wiring

Ohohohoho. Got a quick story that leads up to my current problem, fellas.
I drive an 88 HF(The lightest model) CRX.
Currently set up for OBD1 with a b18 motor.
The main issue is my wiring, it's code4, going into limp mode and not going beyond 3500rpm.

>blew up the original stock d15 motor.
>Spent about 1400$ for the full b18 swap at a garage.
>Garage met the limp mode problem and got stumped.
>CEL shot us code4, which is the Crankshaft Positioning Sensor. (CPS)
>Crew also had this problem with the Civic EK where it was in limp mode as well. (Not going beyond 3500rpm)
>Bought an OBD1 Rywire harness for the EK and it fixed the problem. (Runs Clean and Mean)
>Had the theory of fixing the CRX's wiring problem with a Rywire harness.
>Purchased an OBD0/OBD1(88-91Civic/Si/HF) Budget Rywire Harness to slap into the CRX thinking that'll eliminate the limp mode.
>Slapped said harness in and tried to turn the car on.
>Car cranks but it won't turn.

So now the car doesn't run anymore since it's not starting. We got confused because everything should've been plug-n-play especially with a Rywire harness. All my specs is set for OBD1 including the ECU and such. Need advice and guidance from the Honda Gods or at least a point to the right direction.

The specific harness we got for the CRX is this one:
Rywire.com : Budget D & B-series Tucked Engine Harness
With an added One-Piece Charge Harness...

We got the one for the EK through trade, so the details are unconfirmed.
