Default CRX toe adjustment replacement

So, I was replacing the toe adjuster in my 91 rex and the bolt that bolts the toe adjuster to the frame seized to the toe adjuster. So I cut off the head of the bolt and was able to pry it out. Now I find that the nut in the frame has been pushed into who knows where and all i have there is a hole. Any Info on how I can get this fixed so that I can put the Toe Adjuster back in? The same thing happen with my tow hook bolts. Two of the nuts that were suppose to be on the inside of the frame are no longer there I know that with older cars there is going to be alot of people with this problem too so I would like to know any solutions that you have found, other then cutting into the frame and welding in nuts again. Any info would be great guys. Thanks
