Default clutch time

im doing my clutch today, what kinda oil goes back in the transmission?

Honda mtf or 10-30 or the GM fluid or redline fluid. All though will go in but I suggest not using redline, it causes premature wear.

I use the GM Syncromesh, Works great. I pefer it over the honda stuff.

You can use Honda MTF, if your tranny grinds gears you might wanna use that GM syncromesh stuff.

I think Ill go with 10w30- ive never driven the car I bought it and it needed a clutch. If it grinds I can always go with Synchromesh later.

THis clutchjob is a bitch, I have never done one of these before.
