Honda mtf or 10-30 or the GM fluid or redline fluid. All though will go in but I suggest not using redline, it causes premature wear.

I think Ill go with 10w30- ive never driven the car I bought it and it needed a clutch. If it grinds I can always go with Synchromesh later.
THis clutchjob is a bitch, I have never done one of these before.
