if they've gotten that bad yes.
Also it just hit me, I had this problem on a previous car. Check your end links on the sway bar, and the bushings.

Re: Clunking noise when making hard turns
yeah it would make a noise, but turning can accentuate the noise (with a bad wheel bearing). but i doubt thats your problem.
I assume the noise is comming from the front, is that right?
is your car "slammed"? camber kit? whats your setup?
chech all of your bushings up front, dont forget to check the sway bar bushings.

Check your ball joints.
Camber kits can hit part of the frame if the car is low enough, but you would notice this because it would feel like bottoming out.

Re: Clunking noise when making hard turns
Again, I'd go over the bushings, steering rack, stabilizer bar bushings, bar end links, wheel bearings. Could be something you just overlooked after the install. Tends to be something really dumb in my cases. lol

Re: Clunking noise when making hard turns
Mine was just the fuse. I borrowed the high beam fuse to replace it, and haven't had an issue yet. My markes lit up, my hazards worked, but I had now individual signals.
If its not just the fuse, check the relay on it. The hazard relay should be the same, so just swap them around as a test.
