Default torque spec for a d16a6 valve cover stud

Hi, I broke a valve cover stud the other day, now that I have the replacement, can someone please tell me the torque spec for the stud to the head and the valve cover nut to the stud?
Thanks

I found the valve cover nut torque; it is 6 ft lbs. But I still need the torque for the stud to the head

Actually 7 ft lbs.

As for the stud, just tighten it hand tight. You have to kind of get a feel for these kind of things.
