Default Bulletproof 90-91 Teg Tranny???

I have a 91 teg cable tranny with a B18b in my CRX. Future plans include a B20b and T28. The tranny "sings" now and grinds into 4th. I plan to rebuild the tranny including syncros and all bearings soon. (1) Has anyone used the "carbon coated" syncros? (2) Is there anything I can do on a budget to beef up the diff? (3) Anything else I should consider?
TIA
chris

to "beef" up your tranny is pretty much just getting a lsd, quaife or obx, carbon coated synros my friend has them in his crx. thats pretty much it.

if this is a drag only car then pg makes something that replaces 5th gear that looks the 2 shafts together, suppose to help with the cracking of tranny cases or something, im not really sure

I have the Gear-Speed 1-2 stock and 3-5 Carbon Coated synchro's...I've only been running them for about 3500 miles but so far so good. Nice, quality piece
