brake pads...

Re: brake pads... (blayzenazn)
Are you doing the work? Are they fronts?
Pads can range quite a bit. You get what you pay for. If you're just doing spirited street driving, consider something like Performance Friction or what ever the good model rayworstus pads from pep boys are called. They should be in the $40 range I think. The performance friction are a great street pad IMO and they're are guarenteed (sp) for life.
Don't pay someone else to do front pads. If you can jack up a car, take off the wheels, and take out two bolts, you can change pads. I honestly have change a set of front pads in under 13 minutes on a civic from the car on the ground to having the car back on the ground. It's a good place to start learning.
