Please give more info regarding how long the swap has been in the car.

There is a big difference between:
a. The car ran fine for a few months, then died, and now no spark.
b. Just completed swap and No Start/Spark

Did it ever run?
For how long?
What symptoms did the car have before it got to this point?
Did you change anything?
Have you done a tune-up or replaced Distributor?

sat for 5 years, new dizzy, ran in comparable civic for 6 months with no problem. Hasport did the harness as well. everything looks mint. ohmed out all wires and everything has continuity from inside the dizzy to its corresponding end points.
holds 195 on ch cylinder, has fuel, no spark at the dizzy. new coil, new icm, original tdc and crank positiion. can post pics if necessary to answer any questions of wiring.

New car, new wiring, engine hasn't run in 5 yrs.
It seems like you are on the right track checking all of the wiring. Good luck

Test another ignitor module - Test the Blk/Ylw wire from the 2 pin round connector on the distributor. With the ignition switch on, there should be battery voltage. If not, the wire is shorted somewhere. If there is voltage and the car still doesn't start, check to the two white wires coming from the distributor. You'll need to test them at the ecu. You'll again need to test for voltage. Test terminal B15(+) and B17(+) against A18(-), you should have +/- 10v. If not, it's the ignitor.

Test another ECU - What ECU are you running ?
91 crx Si ECU is the wrong ECU for a B16 (Zdyne or not). You should be using PR3 or PW0 if you are still obd-0.

You need to get the correct ECU for your engine. And also your wiring looks like hell, so fix that too.

ecu doesnt matter(dpfi for dpfi or mpfi for mpfi), ecu was fine, bad ignitor, and as far as my wiring, i dont see anyone else forking over 300 for a pin kit and they were spread a part to get a better view, but thanks for trashing my rex and offering a solution to my problem all in the same thread....

ok. Now i got the same problem. did a full swap with wiring harness, engine, trans b16a into an 88 crx. I checked all my grounds and voltage, I got 9 volts going to both igniter ins at the ECU and i checked along each connector and its continuous 9 voltes. still no start and code 15. I have a PW0 ecu and checked the pinouts. pr3 and pw0 are both the same from what i can find. but still code 15. any ideas? I just ran my own wires straight from the engine harness connector from the igniter straight to the ECU. check the wire diagrams and it seems that they ran straight there, so i just got rid of like 8 feet of wiring and ran it straight and still the same code.
