I used to have something similar on my Prelude (not the same brand) and it was not that loud, but it sounded good when you punched it.
I am just looking for somehthing to replace the 1 in pipe I have sticking out the back now....
I am not a big fan of the "tennis ball shooter" exhaust and wanted something different.

It all really depends on what type of muffler it uses. If it is a strait through muffler, than it would be just as good as any of the custom built, dynomax or magnaflow exhausts. I have heard good things about this particular exhaust thought, but have not heard it personally.

How about a pic of it installed. On most cars I hate the DTM tips, but they usually are mounted directly to the muffler. It would be interesting to see how that looks on a CRX/Civic. I suppose cutting the tips off would work too.

I have the OBX SS midpipe and I like how it sounds I dont know much about the muffler but if it is as good as quality as the midpipe I would think it would be good. My exhaust isnt loud at all but I think thast partially because i am running the Si muffler but otherwise I have a DC header into a gutted cat into the OBX midpipe into the OEM Si muffler and piping. The only thing I dont like about the midpipe is it drops down considerably by the end where the pipe in-between the midpipe and muffler mounts which has to cause some loss of flow.

first a warning...
That add is very misleading, and a false advertisement!
That system is not a Cat-back, it's only an Axle-back. OBX sells the mid-pipe separate. and a free flowing axle-back isn't going to do squat with a stock mid-pipe restricting the path.

Dynomax "super turbo" exhaust system, also an axle back, so you'll still need to find a good mid-pipe. Nice sound. nice "stock si" looking dual tips. and $159.95 at summitracing.com (pn wlk-17452) the only downside is it's not stainless so it may not last as long in wet climates.
OBX makes a decent mid section, you may want to write that ebay seller since he seems to be a dealer and see if he can get it for you. (and let me know because I'm looking for a new mid-pipe myself) Whatever you do, make sure the mid pipe has a resonator on it. the resonator is what makes the difference between a good sounding system and an annoying bumble bee sound.
For a complete cat back, I'd recommend an HKS Sport exhaust. also stock looking dual tips. also very good sound. $469.54 at Nopionline.com (pn 001+0714)

had the exact setup, sounds great, only loud if you include a hi flow cat, don't lower your car though cuz you'll scrape on everything. great quality!! if you want a good deal on the entire cat back talk to http://www.massivemotorsports.com they hooked me up from the header back.
