Icon2 .... help ... what is my EF worth?

Man.... I can't believe I'm thinking about doing this. I've had my EF for nearly 9 years.

My cousin wants to by my EF, & I'm thinking about selling. I've been out of the honda scene for so long....and wanted to get a fair price on my car.
I don't want to look back and feel like I lost out on it.

help me out if you can .... What do you think a fair price is?

Info:
1991 civic hb si red
212K on chassie
9-10 inside
9-10 outside
no rust
orginal paint
no body damage
stock suspension

Goodies:
B18c1 swap (50-55K)
gsr tranny + plus 1 extra gsr tranny/mint
napa lifetime warnetee axels
*new exedy sport clutch (install not broken in yet)

It cost me over $4800 for everthing so far....
I've driven her less than 500 miles in the last 9 years
I've driven her less than 200 miles since swap 4 years ago

I was thinking about as is $2700
Because the car and motor still mint but I'm factoring in depreciation.... I could have sold this car as is for $4,000 4yrs ago right after the swap... lol

haha.... all the local honda-tech guys hate it when i tell this story.
I bought the car as project car... never needed to drive it.
At the time I only worked 1 job and had time to mess around with cars & became a honda-tech ****....

I started to collect parts including motor/tranny ect... it just sat in the garage for 3-4yrs collecting dust before I even swaped it.

So when I did swap it, I would pull it out just once every 2 months or so.
I live in MN, so the car never saw the road during 5 monthws out of the year (snow)

I grew up, kids, wife, 2 jobs, night school, business stuff... no time... haha

Friend at work had a 92 EG with a GSR, Rota's, lowered, intake, and exhaust. It was about a 7 for clean compared to yours. He was getting several offers in the 8k range through Craigslist. The guy that bought it figured it out that if he was to buy all the parts and pay somebody to do all the labor it would have cost him more - so it was worth it to him.
