if you go to honda with the vin and a copy of the reg to proof you own the car then they can make you a key.

ok, so if i got the title for the car i can go to the dealership and they can 'make' me a key on the spot? or do they give me sum kind of code that i take to a locksmith? also is there a way to disconnect instead of break the steering rack?

don't take the rack off just undo the 10mm bolt under the dash and then you can push and pull the tires where you want and push the car.
