Default 91 Civic EF Fuel Vent Hard Line (Question)

Hello hondatech world, I have what may be a silly question but I can't seem to find a diagram through Google that actually answers my question. The steel line that comes out of the fire wall to the right of the Brake booster has no hose on it and I am assuming it's fuel vent. Is this steel line supposed to have hose on it and where is it supposed to route to in the engine bay? Currently with my gas cap on it dumps fuel out all over my bay and with the cap off it doesnt seem to do that. I capped it but it evidently has pressure at it so I am hoping for someone to shed some insight. I have a 98 GSR swap in this chassis and seem to have Return and feed connected properly. Any help is greatly appreciated! Summer is around the corner and I don't feel like catching my car on fire. Thanks.

the line you refer to is the fuel return line - should be a hose from the fuel pressure regulator to this hard line

interesting, I will swap them around when I get home. I had it hooked to that line by the brake booster before and I thought it was chocking it out. None the less I’ll swap em. And to where I don’t have a charcoal canister I’d leave vapor pipe open?
