89 crx dx serious relay problems
i just finished up my jdm d15b swap into my 89 crx dx, got the car running but it wouldnt rev over 4500. i messed with a couple things to try to get the ecu out of limp mode.. Shut the car off and now it wont start.. I checked the dizzy getting lots of spark. cracked open the fuel line from fuel rail to fuel filter tons of fuel!. The fuel pump was clearly turning on but after some time of cranking and the engine not starting the fuel pump stopped turning on.. So i changed main relay, no difference so then i cut the fuel pump yel/blk wire with silver stripe at the main relay and ran a jumper to the battery, fuel pump turns on.. However now the main relay sounds like a generator running and standing at the engine bay its loud... i put my hand over the intake with the car not running and you hear a difference. it seems to be sending power back through the wiring? Im so stumped ive swapped out 3 main relays with the jumper to fuel pump wire unhooked and it still does it. any ideas?

figured out the problem, for one the ecu fuse popped. and two i had a two wire connector hookedup to the iacv, which was not the right plug, anyway for some reason when i hook this certain two wire plug up to purge valve iacv, or iat it sends a signal through the motor, obviously i am keeping it unplugged and hardwires the iacv, still seems like its in limp mode though, wont rev past 4000, which it was doing this before
