1991 CRX HF problems. turn key.. all dash lights stay on!! car wont crank!!
Okay. I bought a 1991 crx hf shell. I put my b16A1 in it. I noticed that there are a few clips under the dash that arent plugged in. I dont see where they go though.... Anyways.. I turn my key to the accessory position and all th dash lights stay on.. then when i try to start it.. it wont even crank. We jumped the starter.. it cranks then.. but it still wont start.. I have spark and i have fuel. The car just wont start. Im so aggrivated. It was missing a main relay but I have one now for it and its plugged in. Could a ground be doing all of this? All my grounds are ok.. i think...

check starter relay.
it is near the main relay.
do you have the right ecu?
