1991 1.5 Sohc D15b2 A/T OBD0 Civic hatchback. Solid CEL , ECU show in no codes.
Check engine light will not reset on my 1991 Civic DX hatchback. Already replaced ECU, ICU, MAIN RELAY, O2 SENSOR ,TPS, PLUGS, WIRES ,CAP/ ROTOR ,DISTRIBUTOR,FUEL PUMP, BATTERY, NEW BATTERY CABLES, ALTERNATOR. I replaced the wiring harness under the engine embody twice. Tried two working verified ECU. Checked all grounds and connections multiple times. Tried resetting CEL by pulling battery cable as well as fuse multiple times. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
