Default 1990 CRX si rev limiter adjustment help
My friend just bought a 1990 CRX si and the rev limiter is stuck at 2750 rpm which doesn't seem correct. Any help?

Fix whatever problems need to be fixed to get the check engine light to not come on anymore.
