I have a 89 civic hatch which I am doing a lsvtec swap and I am using a hydro gsr trans but I have 91 integra da9 hubs. What axles do I need

if your intermediate axle shaft has a female end that the axle goes into, you need 90-93 Integra axles - if it has a male end at the axle, you need 94 and up Integra axles
