Where can I find my V's Keyless entry Module?

Default Where can I find my V's Keyless entry Module?
I've been searching around the internet and on here for a diagram showing where the keyless entry module is and how to uninstall it. Maybe I'm not typing in the correct words, but I was wondering if someone could possibly point me the right direction? Also, this unit needs to be uninstalled in order to install an aftermarket alarm/keyless entry unit correct?

Thanks LDForget!! It's not the driver's kick pannel...but the door pannel correct? That means I'll have to take that apart today.
