No, gapped from the factory. Gapping Iridium plugs is very different than old school copper plugs and even requires different tools.

So if I went and bought them from any autozone, advanced auto parts, etc, etc, I can just put them in??? Is there away to make sure the gap is the same on each plug??? I'm a female learning so don't mind my questions...

Just put'em in. 
In this day and age of very high energy ignition systems, the gap does not need to be even remotely spot on to achieve optimal burn of the air and fuel.
